Mobility: seated dumbbell external rotation

Incredible rehab/prehab right here! With light weight, moving in this controlled fashion with some resistance helps the shoulders become more resilient in those more awkwardly used and positioned shoulders. Giving it light stress can help build those micro areas of stability.

Tempo 4X20 for 3 sets, 5-8 reps
