Mobility: scapular mobility

Dislodge that sticky adhesion of the shoulder blades from the lats. Keep the elbows straight. Fully allow the arm to move out of the joint then restrict it only using the scapula.

Hold it in the pull for about 3 seconds then release. You can also add a pivot to enjoy a side body stretch.
