Mobility: wrist warmup

Basic wrist mobility and stability warm up.

~ improve your wrist range of motion and resiliency to load bearing movements.

~ essential for any arm and hand balancing

~ practical for everyday normal practice

Follow the cardinal directions (east , west, North, south) with palms facing down and again with palms facing up.

Then, do the rotations.

Palms facing down, do the heel lifts.

Palms facing up, do “push ups”.
