Mobility: bilateral trap-3 raise

Our lower trapezius muscles are known to be especially weak, due to our modern day lifestyle. An important stabilizing muscle which will improve shoulder function and stability as well as finer tuned midline engagement.

Be sure to draw your shoulder blades together and down. We want to keep our shoulders out of our ears.

Arms are held out to about 45 degrees. You can use a broomstick or a long pipe of some sort.

3 sets with 6-8 reps; tempo 30X0 (I like to hold mine for a split second at the top though)
