Movement: classic pushup
Devil in the details with this classic all time “favorite” upper body strength training. It’s actually a whole body movement. The key is to keep the trunk stable and engaged. Work the rear body as much as possible. Think of squeezing everything toward the center...shoulder blades, elbows, ribs up and in, and legs firm and heels pushing back.
