Mobility: LTI banded mobility

Easy access to better shoulder mobility right here! Get a tension band with enough resistance to feel this movement. You can also space yourself away from the stationed post for the appropriate resistance which is just enough to activate the shoulder.

Hook your hand underneath the band that’s looped around hip height or so. Turn away from the post and your elbow should be pointing upward. Hug your arm in tight to the body. Don’t let the elbows splay out. Keep the midline engaged (don’t go noodly). Steady pace for about 30 sec or so per side.
