Mobility: cuban rotation w dumbbell
Prehab/rehab shoulder game right here! This internal shoulder position is targeting rotator cuff stability, more specifically it works the infraspinatus muscle. Definite must do!
Use light dumbbells for this exercise.
Bring the arms up to shoulder height and 90 degrees.
Rotate up and slowly lower down to shoulder height.
Keep your posture upright without overarching your back.
Drop the shoulders down.
3 sets for 4-6 reps; tempo 5020
